Our Team

Every member of our teambrings a unique set of skills and expertise to our company.

Joyce Zimdahl is the Property Manager and oversees the Property Management division of Randolph Field Realty, Inc. She received her BA in Human Services from the University of Phoenix and is certified to teach Elementary and Special Education. After 20+ years in the travel industry, Joyce joined the family business and obtained her Real Estate license in 2010. She attributes much of her business and customer service experience to her 14 years of employment with American Express. She obtained her real estate and property management knowledge from her mother (Dottie Bartel, Broker/Owner) who has been in real estate since Joyce was seven! She claims to have learned about networking, marketing, client relationships and “the mattress fairy” from going on appointments with her mother and playing “Real Estate Office” with her sister (Cheryl McClintock, Sales Manager) when they were growing up.

Joyce is a mother of three children (Justin 16, Julia 14 and Jake 13) and the stepmother of two children (Alexandria 16 and Madison 13). She has been a Girl Scout leader for over 10 years and is actively involved in the Friends 4 Fisher House organization. As if that doesn’t keep her busy enough, you can often find her cheering on her kids during dance performances, bowling tournaments and Boy Scout activities. Joyce is also blessed to have hosted a foreign exchange student from Thailand in 2013-2014 and is currently hosting a student from Norway.

Debbie works in our office part time. She fields office calls, makes sure our properties are uploaded to the MLS and other various websites, answers inquiries about our available properties, sets up our annual inspections, handles correspondence with owners and tenants, and any other tasks that may come up. Before taking time off to raise two children, she was a licensed Realtor and the Property Manager at her own family’s local real estate company. This made her a perfect fit for our family owned company.

Raised in Universal City, Madrid, and Cibolo; Debbie graduated from Samuel Clemens and has been married to her high school sweetheart for 23 years. She was an Air Force Brat and an Air Force Wife, so she has insight into our military families’ lives. In her spare time, she is a Boy Scout and Girl Scout Leader, loves rooting for the Steele Knights (her son is a senior on the varsity football team), and enjoys gardening and the outdoors.
